Decoding Signs from Spirit: Electronics & Electrical Devices

When it comes to signs that come through as angel numbers, I also associate electronics and electrical devices with this category. Most times when people see angel numbers, they appear through electronics like digital clocks on a fitness watch, a laptop, a microwave, or oven, etc.

For my purposes, I have combined electronic and electrical devices in one category for how signs come to you. If you are wondering what the difference between electronic and electrical is – electrical devices convert electrical energy (power/charge) into other forms of energy. An example of this would be how lights or a dishwasher works. Electronic devices control the flow of electrons to perform a task, to produce something – like how a television or a radio or even a smartphone works. I realize these are very simplistic definitions that are leaving a whole lot of the process out. I also realize that there is overlap in the actual engineering of these devices, since both are more or less, dealing with electricity.

The main point here is that energy is involved. Energy is flowing through these items and that energy can be disrupted (lights flickering) or manipulated (talk-to-text is activated on your cell) in some way that results in you receiving a sign. If your TV suddenly turns on when it was previously off – you are going to notice – the same with a radio or something else that you know was specifically off and would require someone or something to turn it on.

Now what I’m saying is that maybe when your lights flicker the sign isn’t always clear or you may not immediately know who is sending you a sign. Case in point –

I have a little office in my home where I work on anything related to my psychic business – this is also where I read my own cards, journal, etc. In this room, there is an overhead pendant light that has one bulb – picture something with a bit of an art deco vibe. One day I was reading cards and the light started to flicker. Now I know I should be more sensitive or open to something like this being a sign, but my first thought was that the bulb was going out. So, I ignored the flickering.

The next time I was reading cards, I noticed that whenever I asked a question and placed cards, the light would flicker – almost as if to answer my question.

Did the light flicker when I wasn’t reading cards? No.

Did I leave the light on in the room to see if it would flicker? Yes, and it didn’t flicker.

Did the lights flicker in other parts of the house? No.

Did I acknowledge the flickering as a sign? No.

Instead, I changed the light bulb. And, honestly? The flickering stopped after that. So, I really didn’t think anything else about it.

Shortly after this flickering fiasco, I traveled to New Orleans on a little vacation. Obviously, while there I was going to get a psychic reading done. Tell me why – in the middle of my reading – the psychic tells me that my grandmother is coming through and is frustrated that I have ignored whatever she was doing with the lights.

Is there a rational explanation for all of this? Sure – maybe the light bulb was bad and maybe the psychic mentioned flickering lights because what else do you think of when you think of ghosts.

Does that explain the pattern of the flickering, how the psychic knew to tell me this with no additional information, and the goosebumps that covered my body when they mentioned it? No.

The important thing here is that it meant something specific to me and rang true so much so that I know I received a message from my grandmother. Maybe the energy in the bad light bulb was easier to manipulate – how it happened is the part I’ll never know. What I do know is that my grandmother is nearby when I need her and there are times, she will tell me to pay attention during a reading.

In addition to flickering lights, you might notice things happen with your smartphone. I’ve had the talk-to-text activate in a chat to a friend where a person’s first name was written out. We didn’t know anyone by that name and I wasn’t texting my friend at the time – it showed up as a draft.

When I am texting someone something that I think is important, sometimes my phone sends the text twice. Yes, that can be a weak wifi connection and yes, it could just be an issue with my carrier. What makes it interesting is when it happens and what specifically I am texting – almost as if emphasis is being added to my words.

Whether you like to remain skeptical or you openly receive everything as a sign, you will know when the sign is true. There will be a moment when realization hits and you pay attention.

So, maybe the next time lights flicker, say hello and see what happens.
